Synthesis & Lyophilisation

Peptides are synthesised via solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) using Fmoc chemistry and purified using multi-stage chromatography to remove truncation sequences, deletion analogues, and synthesis by-products. The purified peptide is then lyophilised (freeze-dried) to produce a stable, moisture-free powder suitable for long-term storage and research reconstitution.

Purity Specification & Batch Release

Each batch is assessed against our internal release specification of greater than or equal to 99% purity. Only material that meets this standard, together with the accompanying batch documentation package, is approved for dispatch.

Gravimetric & Moisture Assessment

Net peptide content is assessed gravimetrically with correction for residual moisture (determined by Karl Fischer titration or thermogravimetric analysis) and, where applicable, residual trifluoroacetate (TFA) counter-ion content from the synthesis process. This ensures accurate dosing in research applications.

Certificate of Analysis Issued

Upon passing all quality checks, a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is generated. The CoA includes: batch number, peptide sequence, molecular weight, measured purity (%), net weight, storage conditions, and date of analysis. CoAs are available on request for any order by contacting our team with the batch number from your vial.
