Delivery
We understand that your order matters. All orders are processed promptly: lyophilised powders are stable at room temperature for typical delivery times and are sent in secure, discreet packaging via tracked courier services.
Orders placed and confirmed (including payment cleared) before 12:00 GMT Monday–Friday are processed and dispatched the same working day. Orders received after 12:00 GMT, or on weekends and UK public holidays, will be dispatched on the next available working day.
You will receive an order confirmation email upon checkout submission. A separate dispatch notification containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been collected by our courier partner.
Dispatch times may be extended during high-demand periods, bank holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you by email in the event of any significant delay to your order.
All UK orders are dispatched via a tracked courier service. Shipping options are presented at checkout.
We ship to a number of international destinations. International orders are dispatched via tracked international courier. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that importation of research peptides is lawful in their jurisdiction and to comply with all applicable customs regulations, import duties, and local laws.
Optimus Peptides accepts no liability for orders seized, delayed, or returned by customs authorities. International buyers are strongly advised to confirm the legal status of research peptides in their country before placing an order.
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides are chemically stable at room temperature for the duration of normal postal and courier delivery. We package every order for protection and discretion:
For long-term storage after you receive your order, follow the storage guidance on your vial label and Certificate of Analysis (typically −20°C for lyophilised material).
All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no external indication of contents, company branding, or product descriptions. The sender name on shipping labels is a neutral trading name. We understand that discretion is important to our research customers and treat all orders with the utmost confidentiality.
A tracking number is provided via email for all orders. You can track your delivery directly on the courier's website using this number. If you have not received your tracking number within 24 hours of your expected dispatch date, please check your spam folder and then contact us if it is still missing.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a card or send a notification. It is your responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection within the timeframe specified by the courier. Optimus Peptides cannot be held responsible for products that are returned to sender as a result of failed delivery attempts or uncollected parcels.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging and contents. We will investigate promptly and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
